I am writing to express our appreciation to Joseph for his dedication and support in working with us to launch content for the Digital Guide for SG Teams. He is passionate in his domain of work and boundless in creativity. Joseph is always open to listening to suggestions as we work towards creating new content. He takes initiative to try out different options and seek out our views to build consensus and make sure we agree with any changes before launching. A cheerful and optimistic character who is a joy to work with. Joseph is also an exemplary team player who gives his all to the cause, even though this is a considerably small initiative.

Joseph joined Julia Gabriel Education in 2019 and as an IT Project Executive, he was responsible for getting our Learning Management System (LMS) established and supporting us in improving our training programmes.
Joseph is one of the most hard-working and innovative people that I have had the pleasure of working with. He has lots of initiative and wants to learn more. During the period he was here, he shared lots of input on improving our LMS and gave us lots of suggestions on developing and improving our training programmes.
He is kind and compassionate and never misses the opportunity to help others, especially staff members who are not tech-savvy.
He is the type of person you can count on to keep a cool head in a stressful situation and for these reasons, I believe he would be a valuable asset to any organisation.
– Shanthi Rajasakaran (Former HOD, Julia Gabriel Education)
Joseph joined the company first as a project coordinator, but his talent and passion for designing caught the attention of the project director who assigned him to my team as a digital content developer for a SAF E-learning project. Besides being a joy to work with, Joseph is a person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits to all the stakeholders involved. He is a person with initiative and often takes charge of the content development of the project with little supervision. He has successfully developed several innovative ideas that have resulted in enhancing the learning experience of the learners. During his tenure, I have witnessed him influencing his peers in positive ways, such as advising them on how to meet timelines, prioritising their workload, and teaching them advanced and efficient Adobe design methods, leading to an increase in work efficiency and lessening of work stress for the other team members.
Though he was an asset to our content development efforts, Joseph exhibit a willingness to learn outside of his immediate area of workspace; in order to assist the team’s efforts in producing a high-quality E-learning experience for the SAF. In addition to designing effective E-learning coursewares, Joseph also assumed a quality control role in aligning the efforts of our partner vendor to the customer’s needs as well as a leadership role in meetings, inspiring and motivating other team members.
