Joseph joined the company first as a project coordinator, but his talent and passion for designing caught the attention of the project director who assigned him to my team as a digital content developer for a SAF E-learning project. Besides being a joy to work with, Joseph is a person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits to all the stakeholders involved. He is a person with initiative and often takes charge of the content development of the project with little supervision. He has successfully developed several innovative ideas that have resulted in enhancing the learning experience of the learners. During his tenure, I have witnessed him influencing his peers in positive ways, such as advising them on how to meet timelines, prioritising their workload, and teaching them advanced and efficient Adobe design methods, leading to an increase in work efficiency and lessening of work stress for the other team members.

Though he was an asset to our content development efforts, Joseph exhibit a willingness to learn outside of his immediate area of workspace; in order to assist the team’s efforts in producing a high-quality E-learning experience for the SAF. In addition to designing effective E-learning coursewares, Joseph also assumed a quality control role in aligning the efforts of our partner vendor to the customer’s needs as well as a leadership role in meetings, inspiring and motivating other team members.
